Great place for a quick weekend stay! The location is convenient for walking or biking to restaurants. Quiet neighborhood.My only complaint is the 5:30am folks above us. The apt is in the basement and you can hear walking/thumping. Otherwise the place is great!

Very clean and modern w/new appliances. Traveling as a single mom, we were in a very safe neighborhood. Very close to St. Thomas. Upstairs tenants were incredibly loud. One set of ear plugs provided but I felt like they were bowling at midnight-2am. Frustrating when we specifically chose a house to avoid loud hotel noise. Besides the noise everything else was good. Host was incredibly helpful and kind. Minimal check out chores.

I think it is misleading that the property is not listed as a basement apartment--that information is not provided until after you have reserved and paid. Also the footsteps in the apartment above are audible so it is a bit noisy.
