Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove inside trash and place in can outside(on right side of house). Trash pick up is Wednesday and Saturday mornings. If your stay falls the night before either day, please bring trash to curb
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Garbage pick up is Wednesdays and Saturdays. Please take the trash can in garage to curb and bring back after pick up., handle faces house.

Fantastic

The owner of this property was right on top of everything. We would highly recommend this property. We had an air conditioner problem when we arrived and they immediately, on Friday, July 4, evening had a tech out there that fixed the problem. They were excellent to work with and we would highly recommend this property. The house the yard the location was great.

We’ve stayed at several houses in the delray area so we have some suggestions as well. Overall the house is very modern and spacious. I thought the photos made it hard to tell how big the pool was but we were very pleasantly surprised. The grill wasn’t functional and it would have been helpful to know that prior to buying all the food we planned to cook. The bedrooms are large, the floors are new and the games in the living area are great for kids (and adults). The pool should have been cleaned before we arrived, the kitchen essentials were largely lacking. Most houses at least have salt and pepper, sugar, aluminum foil, cooking oil, a pitcher, corkscrew, a colander, etc. A hair dryer is a must as well. Overall if those items were stocked and the grill was usable I would definitely stay here again. It’s a very comfortable house to vacation in.
