Revel in the spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a brand new LG Smart Washer and Dryer purchased in late March 2024. Whip up delicious meals with ease using top-notch appliances, or venture out to nearby eateries for a taste of local flavors.

Both bedrooms feature real wood queen beds and 100% cotton bedding, promising restful nights. The living room and kitchen face south, allowing you to enjoy morning coffee in the sun-filled room, while the bedrooms face west, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Nestled in a secure sanctuary near Monterey's attractions, our getaway offers easy access to nearby amenities. Just a block away, discover a spacious park with a playground, ideal for leisurely strolls or family fun. Indulge in culinary delights at local restaurants and coffee shops, or take a leisurely walk to the beach.

Adventure seekers will appreciate the proximity to the Monterey Bay Coastal Rec Trail, perfect for biking or walking along the scenic coastline. And with famous attractions like the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cannery Row, Fisherman's Wharf, and Carmel-by-the-Sea just a quick 10-15 minute drive away, there's always something exciting to explore.

For added convenience, self-check-in/out is available, with a check-in time set for 3:00 PM, but flexible upon request. Inside, you'll find a welcome folder filled with useful information to help you settle in seamlessly.

Directions: As you make your way to our cozy abode, note that the correct exit to use is 403, not 404. Along your journey, you'll pass by picturesque spots, including tranquil lakes, scenic trails, and charming parks, as well as convenient amenities such as Chili's, Starbucks, and the Seaside City Hall.

Parking: Upon arrival, park in the driveway conveniently located right in front of the house. Look out for our lovely blue and white home on the left; it's your haven for the duration of your stay.
