This fully furnished 2nd floor apartment is just east of downtown in the Phoenix Hill neighborhood. Centrally located, the apartment is walking distance to NuLu and a short scooter or Uber ride from Downtown, Churchill Downs, the Highlands, Riverfront Park, Cherokee Park, etc. We are a 10 minute ride from the Muhammad Ali airport.

The apartment is ideal for two (2) adults, but can accommodate four (4) comfortably.
The property is available from 2 to 7 nights for the Derby festivities at rates discounted from current market prices.

There is one big bedroom with a King Bed. There is also a spacious walk in closet that can be used as an additional private sleeping quarters. An additional twin bed can be set up in bedroom at no additional cost. (Apartment sleeps four (4) total)

Full bathroom with laundry services.

There is a large full service kitchen and a separate living area with wifi and a smart TV. A private rear elevated deck allows one to take in the morning or evening air. Must be able to ascend and descend stairs.

Linens, soaps, cooking accoutrement, and coffee are provided. Utilities and WiFi included. Fridge and pantry can be stocked with food and beverage for an additional fee.
