The cottage is warm and lovely and located conveniently to the Omni Jefferson Pools and Hot Springs. There was immediate communication with the owner and we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This was the perfect cottage for a quick getaway. Centrally located between the Warm Springs pools and the Homestead resort meant we could easily visit both. The cottage was exactly as described--clean and cozy.

Excellent stay, comfortable beds, plenty of towels,airconditioning worked great. Excellent appliances. Quiet and a wonderful get away would recommend it to anyone. 3 minutes to town at Warm Springs, small store up the street and an IGA market 4 minutes down the road. 5 minutes to the resort in hot springs and a top notch golf course. Music atThe Garth Newel center 1 minute away and warm Springs Gallery 3 minutes away which has the best café bar non in the area!

Please be aware that this rental does not have central AC as advertised yet only has window units in each bedroom that are extremely loud which makes it difficult to sleep as they turn on and off throughout the night to regulate temps. Also, the street noise was extremely loud which made it impossible to get a restful nights sleep. There is no AC in the kitchen (or other rooms) so if you plan on cooking on property be prepared to wear your bikini... otherwise it was quite charming.

This place was such a great reprieve from DC. This place takes you back to a much slower time, wuth beautiful decor, great views and awesome porches. They have thought of everything, so don't need anything when you come. By far, the best place I have stayed in a couple of years. Would Definitely come back!
