This place was super clean, and extremely very functional. Rocco the host was a Rockstar with customer service!!!. Reasonable walk to city center. There is a train, as well as taxi if a walk isn't desired. Patio was pleasant. Glad we stayed!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! It’s close enough to everything that it felt convenient, but far enough away that it wasn’t noisy. The blackout shutters were amazing and made sleep so easy.Nello and Rocco were incredibly helpful and responsive with any question I had about the apartment or Florence, in general.Highly recommend!

The apartment was very spacious and clean! Parking right on site, underground and very secure. We easily accessed the city centre and all sites. The host was amazing and we had everything we needed. The host also advised on area highlights. Would highly recommend!

We had an Excellent experience of staying at this location as the host Nello made it extra special by his prompt service. Help with taxi, provided info about nearby restaurants and attractions, tram connections, etc and also gave us couple of umbrellas to use during unpredictable rains. Great location. 25-30 mins walk to Duomo, the main attraction. Getting taxi can be little challenging during week day office commute times but you walk 200 meters to the nearest block and can find one.

Eine relativ saubere und kleine Wohnung. 2 Toiletten sind sehr praktisch wenn man zu viert ist. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so eben braucht. Klimaanlage ist ein großes Plus. Das Haus ist modern und es gibt einen Tiefgaragenplatz. Die Altstadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.Was nicht so gut ist, ist die Einrichtung. Es ist eher zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Couch ist sehr klein und das Wohnzimmer lädt leider nicht dazu ein einfach mal beisammen einen schönen Abend zu verbringen. Der Balkon verspricht auf den Fotos etwas anderes als was man vor Ort bekommt. Die Klimaanlage ist so laut, dass man keine Minute auf dem Balkon verbringen möchte. Schade. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Zumindest hat er super mit uns kommuniziert und ist auch sehr hilfsbereit. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sicher eine gute Wohnung. Wenn man aber wie wir 10 Tage bleibt, vermisst man schon das ein oder andere. Trotzdem eine Empfehlung mit Einschränkungen.

Gastgeber hat uns ganz freundlich empfangen, alles mögliche erzählt und gezeigt, so das wir keinerlei weitere Hilfe bräuchten und selbst mit Allem klar kommen könnten. Besonders gut finde ich die Ausstattung der Unterkunft und die Garage.
