Communication from Dwayne was fantastic! He replied within an hour in a professional and kind way each time. He gave great advice for anything that I asked about the area and responded promptly with one issue we had upon check in. The property was clean but dated. A huge plus was a very good dishwasher and washer and dryer! Another plus was that Dwayne provided a good amount of paper products and laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent to get us through the week. That was something I didn't expect. The cost of the apartment rental was reasonable for all that we had at our disposal. The only thing on the description I would clarify is there was only one air conditioner in the living room. The bedrooms had fans but they were not super strong so I would recommend getting air conditioners for the bedrooms or at least ceiling fans. We were hot at night and I thought because the air conditioning was listed that it would be central air in the whole unit. All in all this was a fantastic vacation and we would definitely stay here again with such fantastic hosts! Thank you Dwayne for doing such a great job to make our stay memorable!!

Needed to stay closer to civilization with toddlers. Plenty of space for them and a pac n play not mentioned but they have one. Clean and convenient base camp for Acadia
