Welcome to our spacious and artistic retreat in Fennville, Michigan! Nestled in a serene setting, this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit is the perfect escape for families and friends seeking comfort and creativity.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a vibrant blend of contemporary art and cozy furnishings. The open living area features ample seating, ideal for lounging and enjoying some quality time with your traveling companions. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and a large custom-designed dining table, perfect for shared meals and lively conversations.

Each bedroom is uniquely designed with artistic touches, offering plush beds and ample storage space. The primary bedroom boasts its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience. The additional bathroom is stylishly appointed with a walk-in shower.

Outside, a spacious backyard invites you to unwind amidst nature, with a patio area perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Fire up the grill for a barbecue or simply relax under the stars by the fire pit in this tranquil outdoor oasis.

We had an amazing stay. The place was so spacious and unique, and we enjoyed the fun amenities such as the hot tub and ping pong table. Our host was very responsive and gave us clear check-in and check-out instructions. It was a short drive away from downtown Saugatuck. I would highly recommend you stay here!

Why they chose this property

The Saugatuck/Douglas/Fennville area, or Sauglasville as locals like to call it, is my favorite part of Southwest Michigan. With a plethora of restaurants, bars, breweries, wineries, art galleries, golf courses and some of the most beautiful beaches in the Midwest you will have a ton to explore as you head out to enjoy your day before coming back to relax at OHC Blueprint.

What makes this property unique

Ten years after the founding of Open House Contemporary in Chicago, OHC Blueprint opened its doors in Fennville, Michigan. Built on the idea that art, travel, design and music are some of the best things in life, OHC Blueprint takes the best parts of OHC’s flagship project in Chicago and expands that concept to the beautiful shores of Southwest Michigan.

Ten minutes south of the popular resort town of Saugatuck, OHC Blueprint has a larger footprint in a rural location, just a stone’s throw from the best beaches Michigan has to offer. This new project has given our team of artists, designers, friends and family a place to gather and create, and will undoubtedly inspire visitors in the same way.
