*** Please note that a signed rental agreement is required upon booking. Additionally, a security deposit (hold) of $300 will be required for your stay. It is placed 2 days before arrival and released/refunded after check out as long as the house rules + check out instructions are followed and there is no intentional damage. You will be invited to complete your Rental Agreement and Security Deposit Authorization Form through an outside secure link that will bring you to your guest portal to complete.



*** Please be aware of the local wildlife around the cabin, including deer, bears, snakes, bees and insects. While these animals are a beautiful part of nature, they can also pose risks. Keep a safe distance, avoid leaving food outside, and be cautious when walking in the area.



*** Indoor fireplace(s) are seasonal use only October-April



*** Four-wheel drive is typically not required to access the property. However, during winter conditions when snow or ice is present, a 4WD or AWD vehicle may be necessary. We recommend checking the local weather forecast prior to arrival and planning accordingly.
