once we found a place, we had a smooth transition. Everything was clean and neat. We had a great time. I would love to do it again, but not for the amount of money I paid. I could've got a hotel with a room for four days but the overall we had a great time we would love to do it again had a better rate thank you.

It was a good stay very quiet place, had a little issue at the end and needed to cut the trip shorter but the owner was gracious and helped make things right. Beautiful stay, small and quant. Location was great. There is no stove do brought my air fryer and crock pot for meals.

My family enjoyed a relaxing extended weekend stay. Cabin is in an awesome location, close proximity to NY28. Property is on a dead end block which offers lots of privacy, with the tranquil sound of the creek in the background. We look forward to returning soon.

Host was very accommodating and readily available. Cabin was clean and cozy with some extra amenities not listed on the site which was appreciated. Instructions for checkout were clear. Neighborhood was super quiet. Didn't bring pets but it looked like it was pet-friendly.

Stayed with my family of 5, husband , 2 adults boys and our dog.The home was clean and well stocked. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, soap, shampoo etc.Lots of different board games to play with and a working record player .The fire pit was a nice bonus to sit around .Communication with the owner was terrific . Close drive to Phoenecia and Woodstock.

A Wonderful Getaway

Brook & Franz were both GREAT!!! Very welcoming and friendly as well as excellent communicators when needed. The place is absolutely AMAZING!!! It was exactly what my wife & I were looking for: a quiet place away from the city. The sleep out there is so peaceful and tranquil, especially the fact that the cabin is just a few feet from the creek which was heavenly to relax our feet.We will definitely be back at some point in the future!!!

Great cabin. Open the windows and listen to the stream roll by at night. Cabin was clean and had everything we needed. Close to great hiking. Try Ralph’s pizza and bowl up the road. It’s a bit pricey but, very good. Hope to return soon!

This uber cool, charming cabin in the heart of the Catskills had everything we needed. It was the perfect size for our family. It was well-supplied and filled with so many welcoming and thoughtful touches, including a record player with a fun selection of albums. It is a comfortable accommodation in a perfect location for peace and quiet, close to great hiking trailheads and the Esopus River. The hosts were incredibly responsive and the check-in information was spot-on with relevant and helpful information. One of my favorite VRBO stays!
