The rooms were very clean the kitchen is very nice with a large island and 2 stoves gas and electric.The host was super responded to all questions very fast.the restaurants were walking distance which is a plus so u don't have to drive.everyone in the town were very friendly.

House was immaculately clean. The host was extremely responsive. Beds were comfortable. Definitely recommend! (Be sure to review house pics in case taxidermy bothers you. Also house is on a canal not the lake itself, just FYI. Neither were a problem for us at all.)

We had a wonderful stay at Xianpher lakehouse. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and very well cared for, and it was the perfect place for our family to come together and celebrate our daughter’s graduation.Our graduating daughter had a great time, and we were so grateful to have such a peaceful and welcoming home where we could relax, enjoy each other’s company, and make special family memories around such an important milestone.James was an excellent host, very kind, thoughtful, and welcoming. Communication was great, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the opportunity to stay in his home and would absolutely recommend it to other families. We would be happy to stay again in the future.

Celebrated my daughter getting married with a couple friends and family members. It was a nice relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The house was amazing and clean and loved the views from the house. Walking distance to the beach and other activities. Communication with the host was excellent. 10/10 would stay here again.
