This was an excellent rental. The location less than half a block to beach access, was fantastic! And the property included so many useful items - every kitchen appliance imaginable, lots of household paper and cleaning products, and beach stuff too! We were especially glad to have the beach cart! The host was incredibly responsive too when we had questions or a little issue. The only things that we thought were missing would be towel racks or hooks, or really anywhere to hang our wet towels and clothes and a dish drying rack. But overall we had an amazing week at Carolina Beach!

We stayed for 9 nights and had the greatest time! It was perfect for our family and very clean. It’s also just a minute walk to the beach. We loved being on the lower level, making it easier to take out our dogs and take our baby places. We would definitely stay here again and plan to next summer.

Perfect Holiday stay for family and /or friends.

Cute lower level small house across the street to beach. Quiet, beach atmosphere close to everything from shopping to dining to beach activities and fishing. Clean, functional living with kitchen a bath and a half, washer and dryer, outdoor shower and semi closed in patio space. Will definitely rent from them again. Great price for 9 days stay Memorial Day weekend.

This condo is absolutely adorable and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect - just a brief, easy walk to the beach, so no hassle with parking or long treks with beach gear. It's also convenient for quick trips back to freshen up between beach sessions.The kitchen really impressed us. It's fully stocked with everything you could need, from cookware to all the essentials. Whether making morning coffee or preparing full meals, you're all set.The combination of charm, cleanliness, and convenience makes this a fantastic beach getaway spot.Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Working vacation

My husband and I both had business in the area so we stayed for the week. Location is perfect for easy access to the beach. Restaurants and boardwalk are within a walkable distance. We had everything we needed to cook meals on site. Since we were working, wi-fi was important and we had no issues and could even work outside from the rocking chairs. Property management was super responsive, there was a faulty outlet that they replaced same day.

The property was sufficient for the two of us. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The only drawback was the living room seating area., it was very uncomfortable with only a hard straight back couch and one uncomfortable chair. So, there was no place to relax after a day at the beach.

Great location to the beach. Clean 2 bed room. The only draw back was another rental upstairs. We had a rather loud group above us making it hard to sleep at night. But this was no fault to the property. Very cute unit and everything from checking in to checking out was great.
