Sapphire Beach Retreat is a contemporary oceanfront home, featuring direct beach access to beautiful turquoise waters, safe swimming & excellent snorkeling. Enjoy air conditioned comfort or open the large view windows for refreshing trade winds and the Caribbean symphony of waves breaking onshore. On the corner of a large private estate, our Villa offers tranquil privacy just a few steps away from famous Sapphire Beach, with its popular bar, restaurants, marina, and other water activities.
The home boasts very clean, modern decor and design, and beautifully landscaped grounds. The home is solar powered and primarily off-grid, offering a greener choice in accommodations.
Property Management staff lives on property.
We have onsite property management. Our hosts, John and Traci, will provide you with contacts, referrals and guidance to make sure your stay is flawless. Do not hesitate to share any special requests or concerns. The Virgin Islands are amazing! And we want to insure that your time here captures that energy.
Pelican Beach Villa is directly adjacent to all Sapphire Beach amenities. Guests can walk down the beach to Sapphire Beach Bar and Grill, the Beach Buzz coffee shop, and fine dining at the recently opened Sea Salt restaurant. The Sapphire development also boasts a marina, where you can embark on day sails, deep sea fishing, snorkel and dive excursions as well as wave runner rentals.
Pelican Beach Villa is just a 5 minute drive to Red Hook township, marina and ferry terminal. Red Hook offers groceries, shopping, restaurants, nightlife, boating and ferries to St. Thomas and the British Virgin Islands. Group and private charters are available for diving, snorkeling, fishing and much more....
Renting a car is not necessary but recommended. There is ample space for parking vehicles on the property.
Villa can be booked with the Sapphire Beach Retreat Garden Suite to add 5 additional guests.
