Relax and unwind in this upscale Sunset Beach, Treasure Island escape with impeccable water views and a prime location less than a 5 minute walk to pristine white sand beaches plus walking distance to Caddy's, Ka'Tiki, Sea Dog Brewing Co, Taco Bus, Shrimpy's, parks, playgrounds, and more. Our 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath end-unit townhome is tucked at the end of a quiet street and overlooks the turquoise intercoastal waters of Blind Pass. Watch dolphins swim and feed from one of two balconies or lounge on the ground patio where the breeze is plentiful for a closer glimpse. This stylish home is equipped with amenities and upgrades you won't find in many rental properties. Sleeps max 4 adults plus 1 small child in the inflatable toddler mattress available for your use. Pet friendly for 1 small dog.

The ground floor comprises a 1-car garage, entryway, and laundry room plus a covered patio overlooking the intercoastal waterway with TV and BBQ Grill. The second floor houses a large family room with TV, dining room for 6, gourmet kitchen, and half-bath. Fully equipped kitchen boasts Kitchen-Aid and Miele appliances, microwave, Nespresso coffee bar, beverage center with separate ice maker and beverage/wine fridge, pantry, spice cabinet, Vitamix, KitchenAid Mixer, dishware/flatware, pots and pans, glassware, and everything needed to prepare your favorite meals.

Both bedrooms plus two full baths are located on the third floor. The primary bedroom is oversized and faces the grand water view with a King bed, desk, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and shower. The secondary bedroom offers flex-space with a Queen sized Murphy bed, built-ins, walk-in closet, private balcony, and full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Free WiFi, Printer with print/copy/scan functionality, Sonos speakers throughout, inflatable toddler mattress with sheets, toys and books for young children, games, beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, Cornhole Game, room-darkening window shades in both bedrooms. All windows feature new remote control operated motorized shades, offering convenient control of natural light and privacy throughout the entire space. Parking for up to 3 vehicles (1 inside garage)

Excellent location. Easy walk to the beach. Waterfront on Blind Pass waterway. If you can bring fishing gear, you can fish on the property. Caught Sea Trout, a Grouper, and some other assorted species.Check in was easy. Good communication with the property owner. The home was very clean and well equipped. You do have to climb stairs from entry door to main floor and again to the bedrooms. Overall a very nice place. BTW, The drive to Tampa is about 45 min. 25 min to St Petersburg, and about 35 min to Clearwater.

Waterfront elegance is the perfect description of this home. Everything in the home is of high quality from the appliances to the towels, the nicest we've ever had in any rental. And it was spotless! Ann Marie and Brent were the perfect hosts responding to questions very quickly. They have thought of everything to make your stay perfect.The home is located on a quiet street with a five minute walk to the beach. Chairs and beach towels were available along with a wagon to easily get everything to the beach. There are decks, balconies and a lovely patio waterside if the beach isn't your thing. It's also easy walking distance to two restaurants and a short drive to many others. We highly recommend it!

This very quiet townhouse was gorgeous. It had modern appointments and upscale appliances/furnishings. The owner, Ann Marie was a pleasure. She thought of and provided so many extras; toiletries, beverages, medications, pet bowls/toys, beach towels, etc. She was always so prompt, conscientious and informative. The outdoor entertainment area was also a big bonus and so well appointed. The intercoastal waterway, Blind Pass, was beautiful. We thought the photos had been enhanced, but it truly is that vivid turquoise. The beach, several bars and restaurants were an easy, short walk away. This was especially handy since much of the parking on Treasure Island is limited and paid parking. The provided wagon, beach chairs and toys made walking to and spending time on the beach very easy. This rental is also in a great location. Anything you would want to do, see or eat/drink are just minutes away. The only comment that we would make, is that potential renters should recognize that this is a 3 story unit, so there are a lot of stairs. We wish there had been a tv in the primary bedroom. But with all the other amenities, that was very minor. Thank you Ann Marie for allowing us to stay in your beautiful townhouse. It and you were wonderful. We hated to have to leave.
