Nestled in a friendly, walkable neighborhood, you’re just minutes from Pearl Street, Folsom Field, parks, restaurants, & cafes. Inside, enjoy modern updates, a fully equipped kitchen, comfy bedding, fast WiFi, and a quiet space to relax and recharge.

Our townhouse is thoughtfully designed to offer clean, cozy, and welcoming spaces that feel like a true home away from home. Each room is carefully maintained and styled with comfort in mind, featuring soft bedding, simple modern decor, and all the essentials you need to relax and settle in with ease.

The living area is bright, inviting, and perfect for lounging, reading, or streaming your favorite shows. Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for cooking a meal or just enjoying a morning coffee before a day of exploring. The bedrooms offer a peaceful retreat, with comfortable mattresses, fresh linens, and a quiet atmosphere to ensure a good night's sleep.

Great Boulder home base

There were so many details that made the place feel cozy and homey, and it was really well set up for our toddler! Gretchen and Roland were very communicative and were able to accommodate a last minute early check in request for our toddler's nap which we were incredibly grateful for!

Convenience and comfort in Central Boulder

After a day exploring Boulder, Grechen's home offers a pleasant retreat. There is a well stocked kitchen but, to be honest, we found ourselves enjoying Boulder's fine restaurants. Morning bagels are within walking distance! We are two adult travelers but it should be noted that this is a safe, child-friendly home. Questions that I had were answered immediately. We hope to stay here again!

Why they chose this property

We love Willow Brook neighborhood. Gretchen purchased here 17 years ago. We are a neighborhood of families and friends who have known each other for years. We also love the close proximity to EVERYTHING. We can walk to Pearl St, ride our bikes and when the Sundance Film Festival comes to Boulder we are just a 5 min short walk to Rayback Collective, where films will be featured.

What makes this property unique

Our home is our home we share with others. Its a home away from home for many. It's not a sterile rental property. You will notice the tiny attention to details and our garden that we make enjoyable for everybody!
