Located in the beautiful Springs neighborhood of East Hampton, this beachy cottage offers a serene retreat just minutes from East Hampton Village and the beach. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, it offers the perfect blend of modern living and timeless charm. This house is ideal for families - equipped with booster seats/high chairs, a travel crib, movable bed rails and a treasure trove of family games, puzzles and books for rainy days.

Step outside to find a new large deck ideal for hosting gatherings or simply unwinding. Set on a private half-acre on a cul-de-sac, there is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, and a detached garage for long term renters. There is also a fire pit for toasting marshmallows and a large side yard for lawn games. 5 mins to Maidstonestone beach, 10 mins to Amaganset, 25 mins to Sag Harbor, 25 mins to Montauk and 15 mins to Wolffer winery.

It was a wonderful, relaxing stay at a modern updated house. The skylight in the first bathroom was beautiful and added to the experience. My con is that the water pressure in the first bathroom was low. The other 2 bathrooms had good water pressure. Lots of space for a family to enjoy!

Steve's home was absolutely family friendly, as we were traveling with a 4 year old and a nine month old. One level, lots of crawling around space. The backyard and deck were spectacular, and there were so many bathrooms (3), as we needed to get ready for a wedding and no one was hindered by "I need the bathroom now!"Checking in is exactly at the time you are scheduled to arrive. We were twenty minutes early and could not get in until the designated time, so if you are early, find something to do until check in time. We panicked at first, because we could not get in, BUT, in all fairness we were early. The only drawback of concern for us when we arrived was that the garbage barrels ere full (looked like the last renters partied pretty hard) and made a lot of garbage. We were a little worried we would have not place to put our trash. However, Friday or Saturday was collection time and it was all good after that, so don't worry if those barrels are full.Lots to do close to this house, and lots of great restaurants. If you are looking for a comfortable home that will not drain your pocketbook, this house fits the bill. Highly recommend it. Thank you, Steve.

We had a great experience with this property and owners! Property is in a great location and has everything you could need if traveling with kids/babies. Very clean and spacious. Owners are very communicative. We had a small maintenance issue that was resolved very quickly. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

Why they chose this property

The Springs is perfectly located to get to beautiful sunsets on the sound and beach days in East Hampton or Amaganset. Our house is a short walk to the marina to chart a boat and explore more of Hamptons and North Fork. We love live music at springs tavern, the coffee at S&S, weekly springs farmers markets

What makes this property unique

Our family friendly special adds. - we aim to make this a place where kids, young and old, can be entertained and comfy. The backyard deck and beautiful garden scape it looks out onto also makes this place special- The deck is over a 1000sq ft and is perfect for entertaining
