POOL right in front with open view to architectural front-facing villas across the way. The bathroom has a new wall-to-wall vanity with lots of counter space. Nice to have a full-size washer and dryer, Wifi, and a new Smart TV . Spacious patio with large grill. 3-minute walk Walgreens and the Bank, and across the street are restaurants, shops and Farmers Market on Wednesday. This is an interior villa and it is quiet and peaceful. You can't ask for more with location, pool, washer dryer, large bathroom counter, and walk to restaurants. One person must be 55+. The HOA requires you to register in the office with ID and $25. My unit is a member of Green Valley Recreation Center, so you can purchase a pass if interested in going to any or all of their facilities.
