The apartment was immaculate and nicely furnished. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with some pretty walking areas. It is connected to a large home’s garage and shares the driveway/ parking areas. Family lives in adjoining house, so doesn’t feel totally private. There are steep stairs to climb up to the apartment so if that is an issue- good to know. I was expecting a keyless entry. There are 2 attached keys in 2 separate lockboxes requiring combo codes to access the keys. Not the easiest system. Keys remain in lockbox at all times. The lockbox next to apartment door at top of stairs was at waist level which made it more difficult to access without maneuvering.
