The Space:

Morning light filters through bright, airy interiors as you ease into the day with coffee in a quiet coastal neighborhood just minutes from the shore. Evenings invite you back from the nearby beach to unwind in comfortable living spaces or settle in outdoors for a relaxed night with friends and family. The pace here is easy, with everything you need close at hand.



The space

This entire home accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms with 5 beds and 2 bathrooms. The layout balances shared and private areas, with inviting living spaces that make it easy to gather, read, or stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV. A dedicated workspace and Wifi support remote work or planning your next outing, while heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and an indoor fireplace help keep the home comfortable.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen and dining table provide space to cook and enjoy meals together. Coffee is available to start your mornings, and the setup supports everything from simple breakfasts to sit-down dinners.



Outdoor living

Step into the backyard for time outdoors, whether you’re soaking in the hot tub, taking a dip in the private pool, or gathering around the fire pit. There’s a patio or balcony with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area, plus a BBQ grill for casual meals. An outdoor movie projector adds a fun way to wind down after a day out.



Family-friendly touches

Traveling with little ones is made easier with a crib, Pack ’n play/Travel crib, high chair, children’s dinnerware, books and toys, board games, and fireplace guards. Washer and dryer, clothing storage, and room-darkening shades add everyday convenience.



Beach & location

The beach is just a few minutes away, with beach access and beach essentials ready for your time by the water. You’re about 3 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to restaurants and the Norfolk Naval Base, 15 minutes to outlets, and 20 minutes to Virginia Beach. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, with coffee shops, grocery stores, and parks within a short drive.



Access & practical details

Enjoy a private entrance, self check-in with a smart lock, and free parking garage on premises along with free street parking. Driveway parking is available for four vehicles directly in front of the home. The home is pet-friendly and allows long term stays. For safety, there are exterior security cameras on property, including an actively recording audio and video ring doorbell at the front entrance, along with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the living spaces, kitchen, and bedrooms.

The backyard is private, ideal for lounging, grilling, or safe play for children. Outdoor and pool lights are manually controlled from the switch near the pool entrance.

Driveway parking is available for up to four vehicles. Street parking is limited.

Keyless entry ensures smooth, flexible check-in and check-out.

Biking & Walking: The neighborhood is pedestrian-friendly, and bike rentals are nearby.

Cleaning Fees (If Applicable):

Smoking indoors: $250 (outdoor smoking allowed in designated areas)

Vomit, bodily fluids, human/animal waste: $250

Illegal drug paraphernalia: $250

Glitter or confetti: $200

Unauthorized pets: $200 per pet

Excessive dirty dishes: $50

Missing towel: $20 per towel



Pets



Dogs only; max 2 dogs per stay – $99 non-refundable pet fee

Pets must not be left unattended

Clean up after your pet; pets are not allowed on furniture or beds

Additional cleaning fees may apply for pet hair or evidence of pets

No cats allowed; ask before bringing other animals



Plumbing & Drain Care

Do not flush anything that may cause blockages

Do not pour grease down the drain

Forgotten Personal Items

Items left behind may be shipped domestically within one week; guest pays shipping + $30 handling fee



Guests & Late Checkout

Notify us if additional guests will be joining; unapproved guests may result in cancellation or extra fees ($75/person)

Late checkout: $60/hour (if not approved in advance)

Failure to follow house rules may result in cancellation and forfeiture of payment.
