Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If tenant stays past the checkout at 11am, they will be charged for the day. If tenant exceeds guest limit, they may be removed from the premises.
Tenant will not touch the pool and spa system control panels or they will be charged the repair invoice. Pool: 8am-6pm at 85 F Spa: 6pm-9pm at 104 F.
Tenant understands that the pool and spa are on set schedules that can be altered. For bubbles in the spa, you must request to be turned on and off.

The outside area is very nice and spacious. The pool was supposed to be heated, but the last few days we were there, it was not. That was disappointing to us. I did email the host, but never got a response.

Why they chose this property

It's a super quiet neighborhood and my favorite thing about my home is that it's super close to the beach; two access points with parking within 5 miles! I also love the shopping strip that has plenty of restaurants and stores 5 minutes away!

What makes this property unique

My home is completely remodeled (you can see the Zillow page for the before pics) and we like to host people so they can enjoy a little bit of luxury right by the beach or by the private pool and spa. Additionally, we have never experienced any damages from any hurricanes ever because our house is located at one of the highest elevations in the neighborhood (no flooding for us yay)!
