Welcome to our Bayfront North Condo, ideally located on the sparkling waters of Mission Bay in Mission Beach — a premier retreat by Vacation Homes By Kelly.

The secure elevator brings you right up to your front door. There are also two staircases if an elevator is not your thing. Relax and unwind on the furnished balcony or catch some rays on the sand or in the water, our bay is swimmable! Just steps away from the bay boardwalk, one short block from the ocean and oceanfront boardwalk and one block north of Mission Bay Park & the Famous Belmont Roller Coaster!

The large and spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower, Direct TV and floor fans if needed. Open up the windows and enjoy the ocean breeze! The second bedroom has Two Twin Beds, DirectTV, floor fans and water views. The spare bathroom is just outside the second bedroom and has a shower/tub combo. There are two twin rollaway beds stored in the primary bedroom closet if needed. There is also a crib, playpen and highchair for the little ones!

Our newly renovated kitchen has everything you need to serve up a feast, along with fabulous waterviews! The dining table seats 6. Feel like grilling? Our patio has a tabletop propane grill for your use. The living room has reclining leather couches and Direct TV. Watch your favorite show or just relax on the couch and look out to the amazing view of the bay through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The gas fireplace is always nice for chilly evenings, along with central heat. Please note, we don’t have A/C, but we do have fans, and opening the windows lets in a nice ocean breeze. Free WIFI is also offered.

The condo comes with one assigned covered parking space. The parking space is a good size and will fit a full-size truck. Additional parking can be found off-street on Mission Beach Blvd or Mission Bay Blvd. Mission Bay Park also has day parking, which is close by.

We provide linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys, starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc. There is free laundry on the first floor, we ask that you bring your own laundry detergent.

CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! Our condo is centrally located in Mission Beach. We are one block north of the Belmont Roller Coaster and directly west of the Bahia Resort. Enjoy a ride around the bay on the Bahia Belle. This condo is just a five-minute drive to Sea World, a short drive to the San Diego Zoo, the San Diego Wild Animal Park and a 30-minute drive from Legoland. It is also just a few miles from downtown San Diego, the San Diego Airport, and La Jolla's famous tide pools. We are walking distance to everything - shopping, dining (Starbucks is around the corner!), entertainment, indoor pool, arcade, carousel, roller coaster and other rides and games, grocery store, bike/skate/boogie or surfboard rental shop, park, etc. Almost everything is within a 5-minute walk!

Whether it is family fun or rest and relaxation you are looking for, this condominium has it all! Please check our calendar for availability and feel free to ask any questions you may have.

Please note: We can accommodate standard size wheelchairs, anything longer and/or wider than a standard size will not fit into our elevator or condos.

*Our complex does not have a pool. Check out the large pool at Plunge San Diego which is one block away! Daily passes available!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
No need to strip the beds. Please load and start dishwasher and if empty if you can!
Please shut off all lights, heater and fireplace (if applicable) and lock all doors. Please return keys to lockbox. Please make sure lockbox is locked and secure prior to departing.

Mission Bay Beauty

Lovely setting and perfect for all ages. Lots of beach chairs and toys for the kids were provided. Perfect San Diego weather topped it off. It was a relaxing and fun family trip. Walking distance to the bay, the beach, the rollercoaster and restaurants.

The view of the bay each morning was beautiful.. Loved watching the Bahia Belle at night and the fireworks from Sea World. The proximity of the ocean was just a hop, skip and jump from the condo. Fantastic Property!

This place is absolutely perfect in every way. All the comforts of home and in a killer location that provides something for all ages. The view was amazing and created a nice chill environment to wind down with family. Beds were extremely comfortable (lots and lots of pillows!), everything was immaculately clean and there were tons of extras like beach chairs and boogie boards. We will definitely stay at this location for our next annual trip to Mission Beach!

Enjoyed our stay in this 2-bedroom recently renovated 3rd floor condo. The unit is accessed by elevator and close to Belmont Park and many local eateries. There is one designated parking space. Communication with the owner and property manager was easy and quick.

As Arizonans, we spent our summers traveling to San Diego. Chris’s family now lives here, and Kelly has cherished childhood memories of staying in the same vacation rental each year.

We had always dreamed of owning a home by the water, and in 2006, that dream became a reality when we purchased our South condo. The following year, the condo across the hall became available, and it’s now our North condo. What we never anticipated was that this journey would evolve into a successful adventure lasting over 19 years. We truly enjoy running our small business and take great pleasure in hosting guests from all around the world.

As hosts, our goal is to ensure you feel right at home and have everything you need. Our property manager, Dani, who has been with us almost from the start, is nearby and available if you need anything during your stay. Please don’t hesitate to reach out— we’re here for you!
