This professionally renovated 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is located on the highly sought after Great Hill Road offering privacy on a dead end. Enjoy ocean views and marsh views! Sit out on the deck overlooking the ocean and listen to the crashing waves! Walk across the street to the private beach, or walk less than 3/4 mile to Mother's Beach. Plenty of yard space, beach gear, outdoor shower, and so much more!
The first floor features a well stocked kitchen, dining room, living room with deck access, and sunroom.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of the bedrooms is a full bathroom en-suite).
On the other end of the house you will find the family room with ocean views and a TV, full bathroom, and 2 more bedrooms!

Perfect Family Beach Getaway with Ocean Views & Kids Retreat
We just got back from the most amazing week at this house, and it was exactly what our family needed. Traveling with four kids under five can be a little chaotic, but this home made it feel easy. The back of the house has a perfect little kids’ retreat, and our crew absolutely loved having their own space to play and wind down after beach time.
The front of the house is just breathtaking—sweeping ocean views, and when you open the windows you get that perfect sea breeze flowing through. Morning coffee on the deck while listening to the waves was the highlight of every day.
The house itself feels fresh and newly done, super comfortable, and had more than enough space for everyone. Being right across from the beach was a dream—we could pack up the kids and be on the sand in minutes.
Honestly, it felt private, peaceful, and just really special. We’re already talking about when we can come back!
