Nestled on a 1.75-acre wooded lot, this spacious 2,000 sq. ft. home offers 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The primary bedroom features a king bed, a walk-in closet and full bath. The second bedroom has a full-size bed, the third a twin bed, and the finished basement offers a fourth bedroom with a full-size bed, queen sofa, desk, half bath, and laundry. Enjoy outdoor relaxation by the fire pit, and make use of the fully equipped kitchen.

If you have a boat, the Orono public boat launch is just 5 minutes away. If you have a Kayak or canoe the owners will allow you to launch these at thier property next door.

Please note, garage access is not available for guests. Please use the front door for entry.

For added flexibility, a queen-sized air mattress is available upon request, providing extra sleeping space for guests.
