Welcome to this charming house in Santa Cruz. This adorable property features 2 beautiful king bedrooms, each with an own bathroom. With amenities like a washing machine, tumbler. WiFi 5G and a flatscreen TV. Fully equipped kitchen with cooking plate, oven, microwave, water boiler, coffee machine and dishwasher. Big balcony and patio with an amazing view over the atlantic ocean. Your own parking place. Quiet, dead end street. By car 5 minutes to a big supermarket, 10 minutes to the sandy beach of Machico , 20 minutes to Funchal. We will have a list for you with
good restaurants, all within 15 minutes driving. It would be our pleasure to have you in our house, our "gem" as we ourselves call it. Looking forward to meeting you.

Why they chose this property
It offers a lot, like good restaurants, close to a supermarket and to Machico, Santa Cruz and it's nice and quiet with the beautiful view. Not too hot and not too many foreigners live in the eastern part of the island. Sofar all our guests, our friends from Switzerland, Serbia, The Netherlands, Canada, Czech, Spain, Germany and Argentina and evenNepal, loved the place and we received a lot of compliments for which i thank them all.
