Host was always quick to respond. The place was clean and comfortable. It was a great location for visiting Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP and Ouray/Silverton/Million Highway. It was a great place and we would stay again.

We have stayed in several properties in this area of Colorado and this is THE ONE we will return to for future stays! The cottage is a new build in a rural area very close to the center of Montrose, CO, a small town with plenty of restaurants and a shopping venue, and many outdoor recreation offerings. This cottage is very clean, all rooms are spacious and the neighborhood was very quiet. The 3 bedrooms are perfect for a family or adults, the beds are very comfortable. The host is friendly and attentive and bakes the BEST cookies! So nice to have a roomy garage and a private backyard with furniture. Highly recommend!
