Overall very nice house and very happy with our stay (4 adults and 2 children). We used it as a base to explore LA and surrounding areas from.Plenty of shops nearby and is just off a main highway.Main bedroom doesn't have aircon but was just about bearable as owners had put a good fan in there.

House was spacious and location was excellent. Some items I wish were readily available or extra on hand would be paper towels, toilet paper and coffee. Communication was good and hosts responded with needs when asked. They only allowed one roll of toilet paper per bathroom per visit. We stayed for 5 nights, so we needed to replenish at the end of our stay. There was no broom and dust pan or dishwasher soap for upkeep. Downstairs level is updated, but carpet in upstairs bedrooms was older. Beautiful view and landscaping.

Fantastic place to stay! Don't hesitate! Book this space today!The house was very spacious and clean. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms made the space perfect for accommodating multiple guests. Each bathroom was equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, extra toilet paper, and hand and body towels. Air conditioning, laundry machines, and a reverse osmosis water filter were a lovely bonus as well.The house is in a fairly quiet neighborhood with ample parking. There were dozens of nearby shops and restaurants within a short drive or even walking distance if you're up for that.The check in process was extremely smooth and the host was accommodating with any request I had. Thank you very much for allowing me to stay at your place. I would definitely book it again!
