Ideally located high on the Saint Jean hillside, the contemporary and refined villa 'Coco de Mer' offers a spectacular view over the bay of St Jean, Eden Rock and the neighboring islands of St Martin and Anguilla.
The villa is on one level with easy access from the private parking.
'Coco de Mer' is designed in a contemporary style.
The spacious living room is elegantly casual, opening into a terrace with an amazing view on St Jean Bay. A perfect place to enjoy the delightful sunsets with a good cocktail. The modern kitchen is fully equipped.
The living room also opens into a delightful large exotic wood deck with tropical plants, a waterfall fountain, banquettes and lounge chairs.
The two bedrooms are separated from the living room
and also open onto the deck. Both bedrooms are large and have king size beds and walk-in closets. Each bedroom has en suite bathroom with large double sinks and rain shower. There is a full guest bathroom off the living room also.
The villa is a separate two houses among the complex residence and have his own private access to the huge community pool and deck with a magnificent view over the bay and the ocean, perfect for lap swimming or sunbathing.

Such a beautiful place!!!!! Vivi was awesome!! Flight was late getting in so she stopped and brought us food because she was thoughtful enough to know we would be hungry. She meet us at the ferry and drove us the next morning to pick up our rental car. Will definitely stay again!!!! Can’t imagine staying anywhere else!!! View was breath taking!! The set up at the villa was perfect.

Beautiful villa with really spectacular views. Great location. Housekeeping is superb. Always immaculate. Owners are very nice and hospitable. The villa has a shared pool but rarely used by others. Our stay was a delight.

wondeful family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Coco de Mer in st barths. the villa was everything and more than described. The care by the owners Roger, Vivi and Julia was exceptional. They did everything in there power to make sure our stay was perfect. It is nice to be suprised to the upside and we certainly were w Vivi and co.

We just returned from 5 nights at Villa Coco de Mer and are already itching to return. This was our third time on St. Barth, and we really fell in love with this villa. The location could not be better (you are five minutes from St. Jean, Gustavia, and our favorite beaches - Goveneur and Saline), and the view is just breathtaking. I could spend hours and hours on that terrace being entertained by the amazing view. The villa is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Roger and Vivi were so lovely to work with and made the process so very easy. Cannot wait to return!
