Recently remodeled, this two-story residence offers stylish flooring, modern amenities, and plenty of natural light, perfect for enjoying your stay on Catalina Island!

The spacious living room provides ample space and light for everyone to come together and enjoy a movie after a day at the beach. From the living room, you can walk towards the dining room and kitchen. Cooking is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen, which features plenty of counter space, agas stove, and all the culinary essentials. At the end of this cozy area, you'll find a laundry room with a brand-new washer and dryer, as well as a door leading to the backyard. Enjoy your meals at the large dining table, which accommodates at least six people, conveniently located next to the Kitchen

Upstairs, you will discover an inviting family area designed for relaxation and entertainment. It boasts a Smart TV, accompanied by plush seating that ensures comfort during movie nights or game days. Step outside onto the spacious balcony, where you'll find a beautifully furnished dining table perfect for meals. The BBQ grill is ready for your outdoor cooking adventures, allowing you to savor delicious meals while enjoying the fresh air. All of this is enhanced by breathtaking mountain views

We loved this two story beach house! So peaceful and secure. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were so comfortable. It had two living rooms. One upstairs and one downstairs. Full length couches, fully equipped kitchen. Washer/dryer. Very clean, modern. Two bathrooms with showers. Communication and check-in was efficient, Friendly! Location was so convenient. One block away from Von’s grocery. A few blocks away from restaurants and the beach. Also loved that the rental was in a very walkable area that was flat. Not hilly or up the mountain. We were able to call for a taxi easily to the Catalina Express.
