Welcome to this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in the hillside of Avalon overlooking the Catalina Island harbor with breathtaking ocean views. Fantastic restaurants, bars and shopping are just down the hill.

Enjoy time with family and friends on your private balcony, relaxing on the outdoor bed or playing provided board games after a long day of activities.

Featuring all the amenities of home: quality mattresses, linens and pillows, a fully outfitted kitchen, TVs, plenty of towels, and washer/dryer. Additionally, provide everything you would need to enjoy the island. There are 29 steps going down from the street level.

The home is most suitable for 4 adults and 2 children.

QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited).

This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3-night minimum Mid-June through Labor Day)

The unit was nice and the views were spectacular! The patio daybed was a nice addition. My only complaint would be the bedding and linens. The blankets, throws need to be deep cleaned and sanitized. The bath towels needed an upgrade

Nice view, great location, and golf cart included!

We had a great stay! Repeatedly made use of both the golf cart and the short walk into town, enjoyed the balcony (including the balcony bed!) as well as the nice bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Looking forward to returning to Catalina sometime soon!

Fantastic weekend

Stayed here with my family and had a wonderful time. The stairs to downtown are very close and convenient. The golf cart and day bed were wonderful to have.

Cozy Convenience

This place was fantastic! The location was spot on and the view was spectacular. Wild life was abundant and the locals were very helpful and friendly. The unit had everything we needed from transportation to body wash. It was clean and extremely comfortable; the beds were cozy and felt terrific after walking all over the island. Whatever your needs are, such as groceries or a mimosa, it was easily accessible.Side note* there a plenty of stairs so take caution with luggage and groceries.

Stayed for two nights in July, and we were very impressed with the natural view from the balcony. Also, having a personal golf cart with the property saved us money and time. The house was clean, and the beds were comfortable, so thats all that mattered.

This condo is just lovely! After no ferries were allowed to leave Long branch, this condo worked to help give us more time in Avalon on the back end of our trip. The view from the daybed is just ridiculous. Great golf cart to get around town :) Wonderful!

Fantastic Views

This is a nice property. It has a great view and is recently renovated. We never used the golf cart and walked up and down the hill too get to the unit. Lots of stairs or you can go up the road. I've been to the island hundreds of times. This is a great place. I would stay again.

This property is postcard perfect. The views are the absolute best on the island There is plenty of room everything is clean. Golf cart is included and man that was so nice. We could easily walk to downtown (using the stairs be forwarded it’s 130 stairs). There is an absolutely wonderful porch that has a bed where you can sleep. Do not miss that! Once in a lifetime experience. The only negative I would give this property is the beds. The mattress really need to be replaced on porch and queen size bedroom. We had an adult party of 4 and had an extremely wonderful memorable experience.

Room with a view

We loved the apartment. Newly remodeled and very clean. The beds are super comfortable. The views of the harbor are off the chart. It was nice to have a golf cart to access the downtown. For a killer workout we found the stair case down to the beach. (It got easier every day.) I would stay here again in a heart beat. One thing that didnt mater to our group but might effect you is, you had to go up and down stairs to get in and out of the apartment.

Great VRBO

Did a girls trip with four of us. The unit was great. It basically had two master bedrooms with very comfortable king size beds. An extra bed out on the very large patio that would even be nice to sleep on in nice weather. A golf cart came with the unit which was great because that made it really easy to get around, go to the grocery store, shopping, etc and not have to carry a bunch of bags up lots of stairs or the hill. Amazing views of the city, mountains, and water. Check-in could not have been easier. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is beautiful and comfy. The view is amazing! I love the bed that sits outside on the porch. Definitely a great choice for the most part. My only two complaints are communication with the host before and during the trip. And the golf cart parking brake did not work when parking on any incline. I reached out to receive no resolution and I was late for my tour. All in all I will remember this being a great trip. Thank you.
