New open concept home on three levels. Many windows, each with views of the 62 acres and the hills beyond. Set in the heart of the green mountains in central Vermont in a small farming community filled with brooks, streams, covered bridges. Horse country, but tons of cows, sheep and goats. Twenty minutes to Woodstock VT or Hanover NH for numerous restaurants, movies, shopping, glass blowing at Simon Pearce and live performances. Nearby Royalton is a five mile bike ride or drive to pubs, restaurants and a great food coop/grocer. Travel to dirt or asphalt roads or sit and enjoy the screened porch, front deck, fields, babbling brook and marked trails on the property. Three bedrooms and a loft with futon afford sleeping for seven.

Fantastic Country Escape

My family stayed in Calen's beautiful central Vermont home for several days during autumn... and it was absolutely perfect in every respect. Spacious, light, neat & clean, extremely private. Hope to return for another fall adventure.

Norwich University Family Weekend

Arrived Friday night just in time for sunset. Picked up sandwiches from Tunbridge General Store for dinner which were stellar. Our graduating senior son joined us Friday night before his football game Sat. He was able to soak his pulled hamstring in the big tub which was really appreciated. Plenty of space and everything you could possibly need. Sheep Wool festival in town every one was extremely friendly quaint village. Well maintained home with beautiful views. Would love to return someday for the “littlest world’s fair!”
