Enjoy two impressive King suites, each featuring its own attached bathroom. The 3rd king bedroom has a bathroom just outside the door. The main floor suite private bathroom pampers with dual shower heads in an oversized shower. Convenience meets connectivity with device charging stations in every room. You'll enjoy the flexibility provided by two distinct living areas, each boasting large Samsung QLED TVs and comfortable seating to accommodate varied preferences. After a day on the trails, settle into the massage chair to rejuvenate and recharge for your next adventure. During down times, there are games throughout the house, including Legos, board games, and retro arcade machines offering a nostalgic selection of video games. Families will love stargazing Moab's famous dark skies with a telescope available for guest use. There's plenty of room for trailers with a 60' x 17' gravel parking area. Your perfect retreat awaits, where every detail caters to your relaxation and enjoyment.

For nearby Ken's Lake (less than 5 mins away) or the stunning Colorado River, we provide two Stand Up Paddleboards (SUPs) along with beach chairs, an umbrella, and coolers for your food and drink. Spectacular Red Rock and Mountain views are out every window and door, plus viewable from all patio seating. We've spent many evenings on the porch watching the sunset on the snowy peaks and we know you'll savor those moments too.



This newly constructed home is fully furnished with convenient and luxurious amenities. Your group will have everything you need to come and go with ease.



INDOOR LIVING

Get cozy inside in front of the huge Smart TVs in the living rooms, enjoy dining for eight around the kitchen table, with plush couches upstairs and downstairs. Wi-Fi included, Bluetooth audio throughout the house and patios, TVs in every bedroom. Extra pillows and blankets for all bedrooms. Device charging in all rooms.



MAIN BEDROOM SUITE

Your suite away from home! Huge adjustable king bed, soft linens, Smart TV, adjoining bathroom with double vanity, bidet-equipped toilet, walk-in closet, private shower with dual shower heads in an oversized shower. Private patio access to the hot tub. Unlike at other houses in our neighborhood, there are privacy doors separating the bedroom, the bathroom, and the commode room.



KITCHEN

Prepare and cook your meals with ease enjoying mountain views out the kitchen window above the sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, electric range, oven, breakfast bar, cooking essentials, spice rack, griddle, utensils & knives, ice-maker, crockpot, blender, air fryer, coffeemaker, french press, coffee grinder, tea kettle, complimentary coffee/tea available.



DEVICES AND INTERNET

Enjoy easy connectivity with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, keeping you in the loop throughout your stay. For work travelers, the Wi-Fi is fast enough for any video call and the upstairs bedroom has a desk for remote working. Your favorite music is just a couple taps away with Bluetooth audio, available throughout the house and patios with several individual devices to connect to. Indulge in entertainment whenever and however you'd like on Smart TVs featured in both living areas and all four bedrooms (6 total TVs). Stay connected and entertained with ease throughout your vacation.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Relax in the large backyard with stunning views in nearly all directions. We love seeing the sunrise on the Moab Rim (red rock) and the sunset on the ancient volcanic La Sal Mountains (Salt Mountains, in Spanish). As you soak in those views, enjoy the fire pit, hot tub, outdoor shower, backyard games, hammock, grill, and patio table. The backyard also has a 60' x 17' gravel parking area for trailers.



Hot Tub & Outdoor Shower

Unwind in our spacious hot tub on the patio after your adventures, perfect for complete relaxation to end the day. Next to the hot tub is the outdoor shower, a guest favorite. The hot tub is serviced for every reservation. Like the rest of the home, we always want the hot tub experience to be spectacular for all guests.



Scenic Patios & Decks

There are three dedicated outdoor spaces with seating. Choose from two covered east-facing outdoor spaces to soak in stunning mountain views. Or, with room for your entire group, take in the imposing Moab Rim from covered heated back patio, which faces west. Witness the beauty of the first light on the red rocks of the Moab Rim in the morning and the enchanting sunset above the La Sal mountains in the evenings from multiple locations on the property.



Winter Comfort

The long back patio is covered and with an overhead heater, it makes for a protected and warm environment to take in the gorgeous scenery.



Outdoor Grill

Enjoy a gas grill, perfect for cooking your delicious outdoor meals.



Games & Activities

We provide the fun with available games like spike ball, horseshoes, ring toss, corn hole, ping pong, and huge Jenga. In winter, turn the garage into a game den. Use the telescope to take advantage of Moab's dark skies to stargaze all year long.



Seasonal Complimentary Gear

Explore the nearby reservoir (Ken's Lake) or the Colorado river with two Stand Up Paddleboards available for guest use. Plus: beach chairs, coolers, and an umbrella



Patio Privacy Notice

Please note, the back yard is not fenced or covered, offering an open feel and terrific star-gazing. Neighboring homes have some visibility to the patio.



HOME EXTRAS

Extra soft towels/linens, massage chair, front-load washer & dryer, complimentary laundry/dish detergent, individual HVAC units in every room, high chair, Pack 'n Play, ping pong table, indoor and outdoor games, complimentary toiletries, keyless entry, free WiFi.



All linens and towels are washed with hypoallergenic detergent that has no dyes or perfumes. Please let us know if you have any allergies or conditions that we should be aware of.



PARKING

2-car garage access (the 3rd bay of the garage is not available for guests and is used for our storage), driveway (2 vehicles), gravel parking pad alongside the home for your trailers up to 60ft, street parking (first-come-first-serve)



EV CHARGING

There is a 220v outlet installed in the garage that is similar to a dryer outlet that can charge EVs with the correct adapter (bring your own).

PLEASE NOTE

The 3rd bay of the garage is not available to guests. Some items in the home used in staging may not be present or have been replaced since then. There is active work happening next door (that home is under construction) during business hours on weekdays.

Guest Access:

The entire home and 2-car garage are available to guests. Exceptions: A small closet under the stairs and the 3rd bay of the garage are not available for guests and are used for storage.



Getting Around:

There is generally no Uber or Lyft. You’ll need your own transportation. Moab Area Transit (MAT) operates seasonal busses in the valley. You can download their app from your phone's app store. Vehicle rentals in Moab are possible with options like Enterprise or local shops with 4x4 vehicles or side-by-sides available.

We are available by text or call if anything is needed. We have local staff and maintenance that can handle any issues at the home.
