The villa features a master suite with a king bed (nice firm mattress), an ensuite bath, and a guest bedroom with a queen bed, both equipped with Smart TVs.
The modern kitchen boasts solid stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a dining area for six.
The living room, with its leather sectional and large flatscreen TV, opens to a screened lanai and a private backyard patio with a BBQ grill.

Monthly rentals are required in the winter but shorter stays are allowed for shoulder months. No smoking, vaping, or pets are allowed.

Resident parking is restricted to passenger vehicles (this excludes trucks, buses, mobile
homes, recreational vehicles, motorcycles and mopeds).
