Return beach chairs to hanging fence location.
Do not block / cover cameras at any point. If this occurs we have the right to cancel your rental agreement and be asked to vacate property immediately

We fell in love with this house when we first saw it. We knew it just needed a little love and attention. Our family has lived in the Rehoboth / Dewey Beach area for generations. Our goal is to allow other people to experience the beach lifestyle and love it as mush as we do.
Why they chose this property
The West Rehoboth Area has changed so much in the past few years. As you can see from the surrounding area is changing and improving. Less restrictions from the Town Of Rehoboth but all the same benefits .
What makes this property unique
This cottage was built in 1940 and has had many lives . It was moved from downtown Rehoboth in to the West Rehoboth area. It has many various upgrades and additions to create a better home for each family. We recently purchased the cottage in 2024 and gave lt a big hug to create a relaxing coastal cottage for people to enjoy.
