This newly updated sun drenched Berkshire lake house with newly built private in-ground pool, is the perfect place for a year-round vacation. The house is nestled within a small lakefront community where being on the lake is a pass-time in winter, spring, summer or fall. This house sits on a beautiful acre of land with a private dock and lake views. You have access to a membership-only beach within a short drive or 15 minute walk.

6 light-filled bedrooms can accommodate a family retreat or 3 families with lots of space for everyone. The primary bedroom has a small bedroom attached with twin beds for a family. Spend the day at the lake and then come home to a private swimming pool, pool table, two living room areas, and wood burning fireplace inside and fire pit outside. Chefs kitchen complete with anything you need to make the perfect meal. Outdoor kitchen complete with gas grill, sink, and outdoor shower. Perfect dining room with wrap-around windows to highlight the lake at every meal. 50 inch smart TV. All bedrooms and common areas have air conditioning.

Enjoy the culture of the Berkshires & Hudson - 15 min from Tanglewood, Norman Rockwell Museum, Shakespeare & Co, PS21, McHayden Theatre, Mount Greylock, Jiminy Peak Resort, zipline parks, Bousquet & more. Restaurants & market within driving distance. The lake is quiet & family-friendly. We welcome couples, solo adventurers, and families.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please hang all wet towels so that they do not sit and get mould
Please put the garbage bins on the left side of the road outside the fence for pick-up. There will be a $100 fee if they are not put there.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We require a list of the names, ages and email and phone number of all guests staying in our home before the date of travel.
