Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure the hot tub is covered and that no items were left outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Renter Agreement must be signed before stay.
$500 security deposit hold will be charged to card on file 3 days before arrival and released 5 days after checkout, assuming no damages.
$250 fee for no-pet violation, $500 fee for no-smoking violation. No ATVs, no Fireworks, no open flames

The host was perfect. He stayed in touch the entire time, helped us whenever we had problems or questions. They also had a bunch of yard games for us to play, in the yard was big and beautiful. The house was just as good as the pictures. 10 out of 10 would rent again.

We were very pleased with our stay. It was clean, beds were comfortable and there was enough towels and plenty of supplies for our 2 night stay of 5 people. Very nice amenities. I was impressed with the quality of kitchen ware and utensils. It was in the 90's and the air conditioning worked very well. Plenty of games and things to do, we didn't use hot tub in the high heat. GPS didn't work well and wifi was not always connected but it was enough. Would highly recommend and go back again.

Great property with so much to do. Even your picky teenager has plenty to do here. Beds were nice with adjustable frames. King bed was firm and split king Outdoor area was perfect and again lots to do from volleyball to Cornhole. There's a nice big hot tub to enjoy after any hiking. The host is great too.

Perfect get a way for our family of 20 year old boys and spouses. The guys loved the hot tub and all the games. The kitchen is very well stocked- even has extra fun gadgets. The beds were comfy too. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Very secluded no road noise or other cabins around, just the sound of nature. Pleasantly surprised when first walking in. Nice pool table, video games & kitchen has the nicest gas stove/oven I've seen in any rental. The showers were amazing and beds comfortable. Hot tub was nice and bigger than most in Hocking Hills & comfortably fits 4 adults. Communication was clear with rapid response. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Great property. Enjoyed the total seclusion, back a long lane with no neighbors. Awesome newer hot tub. Awesome outdoor toys. Loved the washer/dryer combo which was great for laundering clothes, just start the wash before you leave for the day and then you have dried clothes when you get home.

Unique Cabin

The house felt like it was made with quality, real wood and stone tile floors, and everything was easy to use. My family and I wanted a quick getaway and this was perfect, had so much land to explore and didn't feel constricting. My kids and their partners enjoyed pool table, darts, foosball, and arcade games, and the Xbox/PlayStation was a nice touch with the TV in each room. I thought the massage bed was cool and nice to watch tv in my room while the kids were on the couch watching their own movies.

The house was nice but a bit smaller than expected. We made it work with 9 people. Lots of smart devices but struggled with lights randomly coming on. Also it's perfect if you want to disconnect but if you need to stay on wifi then it's a bit spotty especially with lots of electronics signed on. Property is peaceful and close to trails.

Why they chose this property

I loved the 312 acres of ready to be explored land. My daughter absolutely loved the little creeks, and it was such a peaceful, relaxing place to be. The house itself has a lot of charm and the story behind how the previous owner built it made it feel even more special. The whole area actually reminded me a lot of home back in Austria, which made it feel extra cozy and familiar.

What makes this property unique

I think what really makes this place special is that guests get full access to 312 acres of private land to explore all on their own—whether it’s hiking, wandering through the woods, or just soaking in the quiet. The home itself was built by a true Hocking Hills local with care and craftsmanship, not by a big developer cutting corners. I can really feel the love and thought that went into every detail.
