We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property felt like a good deal for the space and had everything we needed for our stay. Upon arrival our door code did not work but the host was very responsive and we were able to enter the property within 5 minutes and had no further issues. Minor wear and tear around the house but nothing major to note. Our bedding was a little damp upon arrival so we did have to toss it into the dryer. Our large family enjoyed having plenty of space to relax in and especially enjoyed playing pac man on the vintage arcade machine. Overall we have a pleasant stay and would return to this property in the future.

We absolutely loved the condo and the resort! There are a few things that could be improved-more bath towels, there was only one wash cloth, and one dish towel. Also I did not receive an email with check in information and finally received it as we were on the way to the condo from the airport. I had to reach out for information a couple of times and when calling the office it always says they are assisting other callers so all communication was via text messages. A personal touch would be nice at times.

This was the perfect place for our family. It was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. Our stay was a five star from start to finish. From the security team full of friendly staff to the clean pool area with so many fun things to enjoy! The area had lots of great restaurants if you didn’t want to cook in the beautiful kitchen. We definitely would recommend this beautiful home to any family.

Great place!

We had five adults in our group and everyone was very comfortable. Plenty of space, great outdoor screened in pool and close to food and attractions. I highly recommend!

Overall the property was amazing. Clean, upgraded and decorated very nice. Staff was amazing and responsive. Resort ammenities were perfect for our blended family of 10. The only minor complaint we had was #1-two of the bedrooms had no dresser or shelving to store clothes. There are closets but no draws. And #2-the grill is an extra cost to use. This is not disclosed in the listing and I was not made aware of it until a week before check in. It was fine but should have been disclosed in the listing that there is an extra fee for use. Would absolutley stay again and reccomend to friends/family.

Birthday get away

We rented this home for my daughters sweet 16 birthday getaway and I with just like to say this house was beautiful. Very spacious and very clean. The beds are extremely soft and comfortable. I might book again just to sleep.

Sweet 16 trip

My daughter and her friends loved the home! They loved the clubhouse and the pool at the house as well. The home was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely stay there again.

Wasn't perfect but everything was acceptable or better. Got there and our door code didn't work. After a long drive, that was rough. But, host fixed in about 10 minutes. Kids enjoyed the pool at the house and the community amenities. None of our neighbors observed quiet hours after 10pm at all, but luckily the walls weren't too thin. Couches in living room looked a little dingy, but bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Good water pressure. Loved the tvs in every room. Loved the layout of the home.

Spring Break

Our family of 5 Grammy came (ages 6, 6, 2). We had a blast and it was nice to have a private pool with the public pool option as well. Lots of room for everyone to play and have fun. Communication with the host was easy and efficient!

House was lovely, but the beds were awful. King bed -sank in a hole when getting in it. Stairs could use a good cleaning. Hot tub was closed and pool was closed while we were there. Disappointing, but loved the pool at the house except 29 per day to heat.

Cozy and beautiful house

My family and I enjoyed the time we spent together at this beautiful house, the house had everything we need , except the floors wasn’t clean, it looked like there was sand on the floors, the rest of the house, were clean, outside I cleaned the dining table and the pool chairs because they really needed, other than that , everything worked well. Christina attended to all my requests, such as extending my stay and heating the pool, I would rent the house again, I wish they clean the floors well

A 5-star vacation retreat!!!

We stayed at this location for 5 days on our family vacation. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and contained all the essentials that were needed. Property management (Grand Welcome) were excellent to deal with…..we had a couple of minor things that we wanted to inform them of. We used text to communicate in which they were very prompt with their response and very quick to resolve the issues!!! Windsor Island Resort is in a great location and just a short drive away to amenities such as groceries, gas station, etc. The main pool area was clean and spacious. The lazy river and water slides were a huge hit! And our 9 year old son loved the arcade and best of all, the arcade games were free to play….no change required!!!! We will definitely return in the future and highly recommend!

Upon arriving I had to message the host to get my door code. Host was very responsive from issues when I reached out. The bed was broken in the Queen room upstairs so I had to send pictures and was fixed a following day. Then the battery was dead on the front door so we had to leave back door unlocked when we left. They told me to use the key in the lock box that wasnt there. Received a message from the host that we were being billed 96.89 for some towels that had some blackish stains on them that we have no idea about.

The house was very nice and clean. We had plenty of room for our 2 families. The beds were comfortable and it's nice that there were bathrooms for each bedroom. We had everything we needed for the week. The main pool/bar area was also very nice! The only complaint we had was that the backyard pool was very close to the surrounding neighbors and there's not much privacy. If you get lousy neighbors like we had, it makes the outside area unenjoyable. Our neighbors behind us played loud vulgar music and smoked Marijuana all week. We couldn't even sit outside a few nights because it smelled so bad. We finally had to call security because our kids wanted to be out in the pool and we didn't want them to listen to the music and breath in the Marijuana fumes. Overall we had a good week, just wished we had better neighbors.
