Really enjoyed looking out at Pikes Peak every day. This is an amazing place - shhh, we want to come back. Would only add 2 things - black out window covers in the primary; and a good size cookie sheet for baking. So minor - the rest of everything was amazing.

We purchased this amazing property from a dear friend and have really enjoyed hosting as a short term rental. I love to make things nice for guests and the home loves hosting families and get togethers. It's a perfect space for coming together.

Why they chose this property

We have lived in Pleasant Valley for almost 20 years, and were lucky enough to purchase this home that is across the street from where we live! This neighborhood is one of the most sought after areas of town, and it really is quite Pleasant.

What makes this property unique

The home boasts a rooftop deck with epic view of Pikes Peak! It's quite spacious and features a full/ gourmet kitchen. I've curated my favorite art and decor from our travels and from local artists.
