Place was clean, beautiful view, nice pool, restrooms at pool were not open which was not the owners fault. Couch wasn’t comfortable at all, bed was ok, tv in master wouldn’t connect due to box saying inactive and had problems with the keypad on front door, finally cleaned with bleach wipe and didn’t have anymore trouble with it.

We messaged host 10 minutes before check in because we hadn’t received instructions. He said he had “just” found out from the cleaners that the unit was flooded. A peek in the window showed the unit being renovated with drop cloths, no furniture, etc. The host asked us to cancel the reservation and said he would override the no refunds policy. We instead called VRBO who let us transfer to another property and covered the difference in the price. The host was very dishonest.

Nice New Year's Getaway

My family and I had a wonderful time. With it being winter and bowl season I would recommend new flat screens in the living room and master bed room. It was great for a quick trip.
