Thank you for choosing my rental. I was a little disappointed in how it was left as far as cleanliness. There was coffee spilled all over the counter which was not wiped up and leaked down the front of the cabinet door and stained it and there was something spilled on the living room floor that was not cleaned up and left a sticky residue. My tenants said that the children were quite loud after "quiet hours" which was all posted in "house Rules" on my listing. I realize having to go off premises to smoke may be a hassle but that was another "house Rule that was not followed. I do appreciate that once I emailed you, you made sure all the guests followed the rules.

The house was nice and clean and bedrooms nice and roomy and beds were comfortable. Lots of extra blankets. The bathrooms were nice and plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. The location was wonderful and close to all we needed and close to family. We would defiantly stay here on our next visit. Communication with the host Joseph was great.

The house was as it was described in the listing. It worked perfectly for our trip. The location was centralized, the kitchen had all necessary items to cook and the neighborhood was quiet. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with.
