Large Outdoor Space with Saltwater Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Gardens, and Deck in OOB!

Spacious & close to the beach, this outdoor oasis has everything you need to spread out & enjoy a memorable vacation!

An 8 minute walk to the beach & 15 minute walk to downtown, you’ll be close to the action while having a peaceful space to come back and relax in your private outdoor space, or the new saltwater hot tub!

Inside, you'll find a bright and beachy design with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, a dining table with seating for 8, and a living room with a 65in Roku smart tv and full cable package.

One bedroom features a private queen bed. The other features two bunk beds, one with a full mattress on the bottom bunk. Each bedroom has it's own ductless AC unit for your personalized comfort. There is also a queen pull out sofa bed in the living room. All linens and towels are provided!

The space is thoughtfully designed with young families in mind. It comes equipped with a mini crib, a pack n play, a high chair, an audio only baby monitor, and children's utensils. And of course beach toys!

The unit is the left side of our duplex in a quiet neighborhood. With ~1000 sqft of living space, a spacious yard and garden area, Firewood and Beach Gear included, and a shaded porch, you’re sure to love your stay!

A Pefect Getaway - Maine Oasis

We had the most wonderful stay at this vacation rental — it truly exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The location was ideal — peaceful and private, yet conveniently close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee on the patio, cooking meals in the well-equipped kitchen, or winding down after a day at the beach, everything about this place felt just right.What really stood out was the host’s attention to detail and care. Communication was prompt and friendly, and they went out of their way to make sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable. A beach bum at heart, I've grown up in the Old Orchard area, love to surf, and was a lifeguard on the beach for seven summers. I now work as a meteorologist, and make it to the beach as much as possible.
