The Space:

BEDROOMS

Two bedrooms upstairs. The primary has a queen bed, the second has a king. A cot is stored in the primary bedroom closet for extra guests. Fresh linens provided.

BATHROOMS

Two full bathrooms stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN

Fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Everything you need to cook at home.

LIVING AREAS

Open living room with a Roku TV and comfortable seating. Bright and airy main level with plenty of natural light.

OUTDOOR LIVING

This backyard is why you're here. The fenced yard has a fire pit for evening hangouts, a dining patio for outdoor meals, and a spacious deck with comfortable seating — perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Your dog can roam freely in the fenced space.

PARKING

Free parking for 2 cars on the driveway plus street parking available right outside.

In the heart of Eastport — walk to Boatyard Bar & Grill, Davis' Pub, and Carol's Creek Cafe. Cross the Eastport Bridge and you're in Downtown Annapolis in minutes. Under 2 miles to USNA, about 3 miles to Navy-Marine Corps Stadium.

The house is very nice and conveniently located to all activities in the Annapolis area. We were able to bring our dog and the house was well suited for her. The large enclosed deck and fenced yard gave her plenty of space to move around.

Stayed for four nights over thanksgiving week. Easy checkin, off street parking for at least 2 cars, nice size rooms and fully equipped kitchen which was great since we did some cooking for thanksgiving. Beds were comfortable. We were very happy with our stay and would book again.

This was a GREAT VRBO experience! The home is absolutely lovely, beautifully furnished and decorated, spotlessly clean and comfortable, lots of wonderful light, in a perfect location for easily enjoying Annapolis and for dining in waterfront restaurants, easy driveway parking, close to grocery and pharmacy if needed, and a truly fabulous property manager who made sure I had all the info and directions needed (I was coming from another state). I would - will! - stay at this house in the future. Just could not be better!!

This cozy cottage was just perfect for two of us and our pups. It was beautifully curated with a soothing palette accompanied by several special touches. Our pups loved the fenced in yard, as we relaxed with a glass of wine and good book. I especially loved how meticulously clean the cottage was when we arrived.Eastport has several fine restaurants and lots of dockside dining to enjoy and yet minutes from the center of Annapolis.We are looking forward to coming back soon to this cozy cottage!

House was in a great location, easily walkable to waterfront areas of Eastport & Annapolis. Home was very clean and perfectly suited for a family or group of friends. Host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Annapolis!
