Sleeping arrangements
This entire rental unit accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms with 3 beds and 2 baths. Each bedroom is set up with cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage, creating a restful environment after a day in the city. Bathroom essentials are provided for convenience throughout your stay.
Living space

Guest Access:
Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.
There are no parking spaces.
It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.
The Staff will be able to receive you from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).
Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.
Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
Other Things to Note:
*Pool reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. (On Mondays, the pool is closed for maintenance)

Although these works do not directly affect the condominium facilities, we remind you that the entire plaza is under construction, we regret any inconvenience this may cause you.

-The rate shown per night is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 4* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15* dlls extra per person per night.
