5/5Loved our stay here! The house was BIG and super spacious—plenty of room for everyone to relax and spread out . The neighborhood was really nice and quiet , which made it feel safe and peaceful while still being close to all the Denver fun .The place was clean 🧼, comfortable , and had everything we needed for a great trip. We especially loved how easy it was to get around from here —felt like the perfect home base.Not every little thing was included, but honestly that didn’t matter because the vibe and space made it such a great stay . Definitely will book again!

This home is huge and we had so much room to roam!! Plenty of bedrooms. Listing is a bit inaccurate with number of beds but each bedroom has one bed. We were missing some towels and kitchen items which the owner delivered promptly to the property. It is in a great part of town. Safe area!! Easy to get to where we needed to be within the city. Thank you!!

When I first booked, I mentioned we were coming for my mom's 75th birthday. We originally had 14 and it sleeps 15. He messaged me stating he did not allowed party at his house and I told him it's at an event center. He approved me. When we arrived around 6pm, my sister was confused because there was a car in the driveway, the garage door was open filled with whatever he had in there, and he was standing outside. I called him because my sister thought that the house was occupied. And he mentioned he was there to fix the water??? Again he told my sisters that he didn't allow parties at his house. She told him it's at an event center. That night we had 9 people sleep over and we prepped flowers for the event and so I did not see his message till morning stating for us to be quiet and of course not to have a party at his house. The floor of his house is very sticky, That grosses me out. The sliding glass door is hanging on with 1 screw, the toilet seat upstairs is very loose, the showerhead upstairs spray is rediculous, sprays everywhere, and while my bil was taking a shower, a middle piece of the shower head popped off and hit him. And not enough towels. Luckily some of us brought our own. The excessive reminder of no parties was annoying! Especially when we told him it was at an event center.

You should read the house rule before you booked property also I told you that any event not allowed but you ignored and came with truck that loaded full of party's items. Night after 10pm I sent you I message after I saw many people coming and gothering outside of building and remind you not bothering N. Regarding to house, I didn't see any issue with the house you completely not true.

We chose this place cause it had a pool table and a hot tub. Upon arriving, we searched for the pool table, and discovered it must be downstairs based on pictures. The downstairs door was locked. We contacted our host and it took them almost an hour to get us the code to unlock it. When we went downstairs to check out the pool table, it was not clean. There were crumbs,beer bottle tops, fake fingernails and the floor was so dirty I didn’t wanna walk on it. The pool table was so crummy balls couldn’t roll on it. So we were unable to use it. I’m sure a huge group had been in before us and they didn’t clean it and then they locked the door hoping we wouldn’t remember it..unfortunately that was a huge decision influencer of us getting this place.The property is very nice. Huge hardwood floors that were weirdly sticky. We contacted the host. They wanted us to write a positive glossy review and ignore/ leave out the dirtiness …we opted to initially not write a review, but then they wrote a horrible review for us giving us one star and saying we were extra messy when we went to great lengths to bag all our trash and not leave a mess. Our only post clean instructions were to pile towels in laundry room which we did. We were four adults in this big house. We didn’t leave much of an imprint. Would have been an excellent place to stay if it was properly cleaned. We are paying cleaning fees, they should be utilized.

House: only has room to sleep 11. Inaccurate listing. We realized this after we booked and asked for extra mattress. The mattresses provided were foldable foam which was not what some of our adult guests could tolerate, so they got a hotel. Host refused to discuss with us and I actually felt a little threatened so i let it go until after the trip. He refused any refund (I asked for 1/6 of our group rate because there are 6 rooms and we ended up losing two people and 1 room). Vrbo graciously helped us but the host was difficult. There are 3 levels, top floor with king bed and en suite bathroom, but no door to that bathroom. Three additional queen bedrooms and a full bath to share. Middle floor with kitchen and living spaces, laundry room and half bath. There's another king bedroom on this level... So this room has to figure out what bathroom to use to bathe. The basement has a very small bedroom with twin bed and full bathroom, not close together. This is where the large room with the pillows on the floor is, and pool table. But the room for the pool table is too small, and you have to unscrew the poles to play most shots. Lots of room, bathrooms sort of weird in how to share, floors are weirdly sticky as another person mentioned. There were a few minor things broken like slider door handle and towel racks. My SO is handy so fixed what we couldThere's a huge garage. It has a second fridge which was nice. If it wasn't for the owner, I'd stay again. The neighborhood quiet

First Extra mattress i provided for you was not a Foam mattress that was a most comfortable mattress. Second i came to to the property as soon as I got off from work to ask you if you need anything.,you and your husband told me everything is perfectly fine and ask me apologies for misunderstanding and left peacefuly. You and all your group which was 16 people stayed my property I didn’t see anybody who left the property for entire stayed   house is 2king size beds 3quen beds one twin bed, two mattress and two king sofa beds.  I never disappointed my guest I have been provided any things my guest request.
