Brand New Duplex. With Penthouse views!! This top floor rental has two bedrooms. One has a King bed & one has a Queen bed. Both share the full bathroom down the hall. This stunning full-sized unit features a living room with beautiful new leather sofa & chairs. A dining room & a small but fully stocked kitchen. This rental has a 6-person hot tub (on ground level) for luxury soaks while gazing at the beautiful sunsets. **check on availability of hot tub** PLEASE NOTE this is a TOP FLOOR rental with stairs. We do not have an elevator. we charge a $50.00 cleaning fee WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY PETS AT THIS RENTAL

Why they chose this property
We bought this place because it's so beautiful & the view is amazing. Sitting on our deck drinking coffee in the mornings looking at the water brings such peace & tranquility to our soul. Watching the eagles soaring in the wind currents, seeing baby bunnies munching wet morning grass, having a Mama moose & twins' stride by our living room window. Finishing our day with the incredible sunsets exploding across the skyline is our dream come true.
