This is a 3-bed and 3.5 bath house. The entire house is available for rent with private entrances in the front and back of the house.
The first floor has a living room, powder room, dining room, and kitchen. There is a small turf backyard with a putting green off the kitchen. The second floor has two bedrooms (both have queen-size beds) and two full bathrooms. One bathroom does have a tub. The third floor has 1 bedroom with a full-size bed and a full bathroom. It also has an additional living room/hangout area. This room has two TVs - perfect for watching multiple games at once. There is also a dedicated workspace. From the 3rd floor, there is access to the roof deck which has a beautiful view of downtown Pittsburgh. This property does have a parking pad with two spots. Street parking is also available.
This house is centrally located in the city of Pittsburgh. Walking distance to Lawrenceville's Butler St, as well as the Bloomfield business district. Only a short car ride away from downtown, the Strip District, PNC Park, Acrisure Stadium, PPG Paints Arena, and Rivers Casino. You will also be a stone's throw away from Children's Hospital and West Penn Hospital, as well as Pitt and CMU.

Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Reminder: checkout is at 10:00 AM.
You don't need to strip the sheets from any beds that were used during your stay. We just ask that you leave the beds you slept in unmade.
Place all used towels and washcloths on the floor in the bathroom.
If you used any plates, cups, or utensils, please place them in the dishwasher. No need to run it. We will take care of that.
Please place all trash inside the garbage cans.
