Yes, everything was wonderful. Beautiful spacious home with all the amenities and a killer view of the mountains. Good centrally located, especially close to airport. Nice touch with the delivery of cookies and muffins

Awesome house in great area

We had a wonderful stay. House was well appointed and comfortable. We loved the pickle and bocce ball courts and of course the pool. Excellent area to stay in, lots to walk to, quiet and beautiful.

Relaxing and active - so fun!!

Loved the property. The layout worked nicely for 3 couples and the backyard was stunning. Beautiful kitchen, very well supplied. Coffeemaker is a Keurig so bring pods. Large tables to eat at as well as a great kitchen counter. We will miss the master bath - feeling spoiled after that heated bidet!!

Amazing property!

My friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend and it couldn't of been any better. Absolutely gorgeous property and had everything you needed. Fit 6 guests easily. Location is awesome. you can do a little walking tour to all of the famous houses. (Elvis's hideaway) And close to shopping and eating. There are even bikes you can ride! Felt very safe. I will for sure be going back :)

Wonderful stay

House was better than expected. Spacious and comfortable. We took full advantage of the backyard amenities which really made our vacation so much fun. It offered a great mix of activity and relaxation. Great location, loved exploring on the bikes provided. The owner was incredibly responsive and accommodating. It truly made all the difference. 10/10 recommend and will absolutely come back again.

Even Better Than Advertised!

Do yourself a favor and stay at Little Tuscany when you visit Palm Springs. Both the outdoor and indoor living spaces are amazing. We had a tough time pulling ourselves away from the pickle ball and bocce court. Communication with the property owner and manager was flawless. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Palm Springs.

We own a vacation property so I’m particular about the properties we stay in. This one was amazing. You never have to leave. It’s all right there for you. Highly recommend!!

Everything we wanted and more!

This was such a beautiful home! It was perfect for our two families. The house is large with large bedrooms and lots of living space. We loved cooking in the kitchen and on the grill. All the outdoor games and pool were so much fun! We would come back here in a heartbeat! All the correspondence with the rental company was super professional and easy!

5 star in all respects!

We had a fabulous stay. The house is spacious, very comfortable, and exceptionally well outfitted/appointed (inside and out). They really thought of everything. We enjoyed all of the recreational activities offered in the large, well-maintained back yard, and had plenty of space inside to relax and come together as a group. The house is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown and the airport. If If back in Palm Springs with a group - all of us agreed we would stay here again.

Amazing property and location!

We stayed here for Spring Break with our college aged daughters and it was the perfect place for us. House is beautifully decorated, clean, well stocked and beds are very comfy. The backyard was the best part. We loved hanging out at the pool, playing games and just enjoying the CA weather and mountain views. Communication with the owners and manager is easy and well done. Great location! Quiet beautiful neighborhood but yet close to everything. House is exactly what you see in pictures.

WOW Home and AMAZING View!!

The pictures are amazing but still don’t do it justice. Phenomenal and best provisioned home we have ever stayed in. We used all the amenities which were vast- pool, pickleball, bocce, golf green, corn hole, bikes and outdoor grill. Kitchen was fantastic and incredibly well provisioned. Baths were deluxe and well provisioned as well. Communication was plentiful and prompt from both owners and management team. All around A+!!!!

Fabulous!

We had an amazing stay in this great house! Hosts are very responsive and provide easy options for communicating with them. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. It is very clean, open and spacious but with many little spots to have a moment to yourself if needed. The backyard is very private but with great views of the mountains (particularly beautiful at sunrise!). The pool was the perfect temperature (we had it heated). Furniture and beds are very comfortable and high quality, plush bath and pool towels were provided. If you like to walk like we do, possibly the best feature of this already perfect house, is it's location! Easy walking distance to trail heads and many of the famous mid-century modern architecturally significant houses Palm Springs is known for as well as a coffeeshop, pubs, and other restaurants. We will definitely rent this house again!

Dream Home!

We cannot begin to say how comfortable and spacious this desert Oasis is! This home is sophisticated casual at its best! Absolutely perfect for our much needed getaway! The home is clean, well provisioned and a stunning and relaxing atmosphere. The grounds equipped with so many activities makes it difficult to want to leave the premises. Pickle Ball a huge bonus! The warm fireplace is welcomed on cool evenings and certainly adds a calming ambience.We enjoyed waking to a beautiful mountain view and welcomed a walk downtown for morning coffee. The location is great! Communication with Evolve, the homeowner and property manager was smooth, friendly and a pleasure. The only advice would be if you want the pool heated don't wait until you arrive. This takes time so much better value to have it heated when you arrive rather then paying and waiting while it heats.We certainly hope to visit this elegant home again soon!

Un lieu d'exception qui a fait l'unanimité.

Un intérieur très spacieux, contemporain et très bien décoré. Un extérieur pensé pour les sportifs, les joueurs, les adeptes du farniente. Une maison comme on en voit dans les magazines, au style architectural propre à Palm Springs, avec la vue sur les montagnes arides, un environnement comme sur les photos ! Nous avons passé 5 jours à Little Tuscany et chacun a adoré cette étape du voyage, les parents, comme les enfants (16, 18 et 19 ans): une parfaite petite pause au milieu d'un road trip dans l'ouest américain. Détente au bord de la piscine (très chaud à cette période de l'année), baignades à répétition, parties de pickle ball pour les courageux, cuisine au barbecue... Des moments partagés en famille en toute quiétude (aucun vis à vis, aucun bruit) dans un cadre privilégié (on n'a pas tous les jours l'occasion d'occuper une maison de ce standing...) où chacun a de quoi s'occuper. Sans doute une des plus belles étapes de notre voyage !
