The house is beautiful and clean and in a very nice area surrounded by trees. Great communication with the host. Very convenient for us visiting family and sightseeing.

Beautiful house! It was perfect for us with a large living room space and a fully stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again. The bedrooms are downstairs and it did smell a little musty, but the beds were very comfortable. Randy responded to our questions right away. You can walk down to the lake and sunset there was incredible. We were there to visit Lime Rock Park - which was only 8 minutes away.

Great place to go with family, a lot of space, clean and people around us very friendly. If you have little ones be careful with bugs and spiders outside and inside the home for its location in the middle of the woods. We were able to use the Kayaks resting by the lake, despite the bugs we all loved the experience and the house.

My stay at Cozy Lake House was wonderful! Tucked away in a wooded lot just yards from a lake that can be seen from the porch, this place is one I definitely would return to. The owners were attentive to my questions, clear communicators and left maps, directions to local restaurants and grocery stores. I found them very helpful.

Great property and location. We stayed while attending a family wedding at Lion Rock Farm. The weekend we were there was extremely hot and humid which caused the basement to feel a little damp even with the dehumidifier, but would definitely stay again.
