The owner/manager was very receptive and professional. This is a great option for those young professionals seeking a discounted rate given the locale. However, there was an active bathroom remodel for a couple of the days of my stay. I was not immediately aware of the work when I reserved the ‘room’. the kitchen was readily available but there were tools and other items on the counters. In the spirit of VRBO, I understand work needs to be done from time to time. In the same spirit, I believe information like that should be immediately obvious in the posting on VRBO. I do appreciate the experience and I truly enjoyed Monterey Bay.
