Step into this tastefully furnished, well preserved 1904 home full of character and charm. Features include 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, original woodwork, a clawfoot tub, and antique lighting. A well equipped kitchen with Viking appliances and granite counters make cooking a delight! Enjoy the front porch, back patio, and upper back porch: there are many spaces to enjoy together or alone. There is also a piano for music lovers. The lush yard offers many seasonal options including cherries, pears, herbs, along with shade from a weeping willow and solar lighting for your enjoyment. Please note that this is a multi-level historic home with steeper than average stairs. While there is a bathroom with a tub on the second floor, the only shower is on the main floor, and all the bedrooms are on the upper levels. Some considerations if guests have mobility limitations. Please note, the home does not have central air conditioning. There are window A/C units installed in 3 of the bedrooms to help keep things comfortable. While the house sleeps up to 12 guests, the third floor can get quite warm during the peak summer months, especially when outdoor temperatures are above 75°F. While the third floor has its own portable A/C unit, it can remain quite warm and may be uncomfortable for sleeping in the summer. If you’re booking during June, July or August, we recommend considering whether there are enough other beds and/or spaces for the amount of people in your group in an event that the upstairs space feels too warm. Home is located near downtown Spokane with easy freeway access. The neighborhood is close to a park with a playground and the bluff hiking trails.

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re so glad you had a fabulous stay and enjoyed the home, the neighborhood walks, and the comfy beds! We’d love to welcome you back anytime!
This was the best home rental we’ve stayed in. We use VRBO all the time, several times a year. This home was beautiful, stocked with anything you could think of, and so quaint. The owner maintained the home’s integrity whilst providing modern amenities. It was really like staying at a friend’s house.

This house absolutely made our stay in Spokane an outstanding experience. The location is perfect if you’re looking to experience all the different things offered in Spokane, close to downtown, lots of restaurants, beautiful parks to visit, adorable safe neighborhood, and a yoga studio within walking distance. The house itself is beautiful, charming, well organized, stocked with everything labeled for quick access and most importantly every bed was super comfortable allowing for the most restful nights.

Darling home in a cute neighborhood. The home was seriously charming, fully-stocked, and a fabulous backyard! Also some hidden "cool" factors with the attic bedroom. Everyone was charmed by it!

Thank you so much for the kind words! We're so glad you enjoyed the charm of the home and discovered some of the fun hidden features including the attic bedroom, as it's one of our favorites too! It means a lot to hear that your group felt right at home and appreciated the details, both inside and out. We'd love to host you again anytime!
We visired with my son, his wife and three very young children (4 yr old and 2 18 month olds) The house was very clean and very well stocked with items you might have forgotten. Extra bottle water was supplied in every room. Bathrooms had extra tooth brushes, soaps and even makeup. Every type of utensiles were in the kitchen. Three types of coffe makers (standard drip with coffe grinder, Krueg and Nespresso), plenty of pods for all. The house has four levels with bed rooms in the basement , 2nd and 3rd floors. The refrigerator had many condiments and other items. The yard was well maintained with a lot different varieties of plants and vegetables. Our family enjoyed our visit and would recommend it to our friends.

Thank you so much for your kind words Vicki! Thank you for booking with us. We'd love to host you again the next opportunity you have to stay in Spokane!
Wow! This home was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and the fully stocked kitchen was a lovely surprise! Our kids (ages10-14) thoroughly enjoyed exploring the home’s hidden rooms, playing the Xbox games and entertaining us at the piano. The upstairs porch is glorious and cozy on a cloudy afternoon. All of the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of sleeping options for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. Note that the stairs are steep, so this home may not be ideal for young children or older adults, but for our crew (between the ages of 10 and 63), it was just fine! Anna was very attentive and communicative! There was plenty of street parking available, and the neighborhood was adorable and felt very safe. There is a gas station/convenience store within walking distance, as well. The location to excellent- close to downtown and Manito Park. We really enjoyed this home and our kids are requesting that we stay there again, every time we visit Spokane!
