-This house comes with a cozy living area, with plenty of seating for everyone.
-Kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans and the basics
-Almost directly ocean front, you have a beautiful ocean view from the sitting porch
-Location is amazing, making the beach restaurants and shopping all walk-able
-Additional 1 Bedroom guest cottage available for larger parties that can be rented separately and does share a yard.
-One small dog (20 lbs or less) may be allowed with prior permission and non-refundable pet fee. (Please keep in mind, you will be sharing the fenced in yard)

Summer trip

Great home and perfect location. We had a couple minor issues with a toilet and cable box but upon notifying management, it was fixed in less than 24 hours. Had everything we needed, we would stay again.

Great great place to stay

You always wonder when you pull up…. Humm, What kind of place with this be. I have to say this was very cute, one house away from the ocean, clean and neat. Perfect. I would tell my best friends to stay here. The check in process was easy. Every thing was just right…..

Amazing rooftop views

The family, including our three small dogs had a great stay at Royal Palm. The rooftop deck and the fenced yard were superb. Well furnished with all the amenities, it felt like home. The easy beach access and on a quiet street is a definate bonus.

The place was great. It was charming and quaint. Location close to the beach could not be better. Kitchen was fully equipped. We were very happy with the stay and would certainly stay there again. It’s overall location along Saint Augustine Beach was perfect

Family Fun

Our family had a wonderful 2 week stay. The cozy and sunny decor is inviting and comfortable. The house was clean and well stocked with dishes, cook ware, towels, etc. The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs to stretch their legs. We loved the easy access to the beach for our daily walks and play times in the ocean. The “roof” balcony was a cool place to eat our breakfast or watch as a storm came in. At one point there was water leaking from the utility closet but I just called them to let them know and they took care of it without any inconvenience to us. Check-in and communication through our stay was easy and good.

Excellent location, great house, great stay

We stayed for a week and had an overall great experience. The house was as described and was a perfect spot close to the beach. Lots of common space for 6 people, lots of kitchen stuff for use during the stay. We had some problems with the laundry, which the management took care of as soon as possible. Otherwise, our stay was incident-free and truly enjoyable. Staff are pleasant, professional, and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again or at a different place with the same company.
